The blueberries in this ice cream are biodynamically grown by Edo and Maria at Noorderbos in the Netherlands. Here they give plenty of space to various insects and bees, which in return provide better soil.

We use the chocolate from Original Beans in this popsicle. They make climate positive chocolate from the rarest and fairest cocoa beans available.

• Cane sugar
• 12% white chocolate
• Lemon juice
• Coconut oil
• Wheat flour
• Sunflower oil
• Locust bean gum
• Guar gum
