How do we obtain your personal information?
NICE B.V. has information about you in its possession, because you have provided it to us.
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding your data and its processing.
Inspection
You can always view and, if necessary, change your own (personal) data in your account. If you want to see the personal information that is recorded about you at NICE B.V., you can make a request for inspection.
Modify
If you want to make changes to the personal information you have seen as a result of a review request and you cannot change it yourself in your account, you can submit a request to that effect to NICE B.V. You can request that NICE B.V. changes, corrects, completes, removes or protects your data.
Limit the processing

Reaction by NICE B.V.
A request can be sent to contact@thenicecompany.nl NICE B.V. will answer your request as soon as possible and in any case not later than one (1) month after NICE B.V. received such a request. If NICE B.V. rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request is rejected.
Recipients of personal data
It is possible that NICE B.V. is obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example, because of a legal obligation.
