The watermelons for this ice cream grow in southern Spain, where the soil is not too moist. Ideal for watermelons. Our watermelon is of the Premium variety, a small sweet tasting watermelon with few seeds.

This popsicle is made from Elstar apples. We pick them when they’re ripe, press them into juice with a bit of sugar and lemon juice, and turn them into popsicles.
